CUSTOMER DISCLAIMER & WAIVER
Please read carefully and fully before signing.

1. Deposits & Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit is required before your appointment can be booked. If you cancel without re-arranging,
your deposit will not be refunded. If your vehicle cannot be tuned due to faults, previous tuning, or unsuitable
condition, your deposit will not be refunded as it covers our labour time and diagnostic checks. An additional £50
charge may apply to cover health check and diagnostics.
2. Vehicle Condition
By signing below, you confirm that your vehicle has been maintained in accordance with manufacturer
recommendations, is roadworthy, and is tuned entirely at your own risk. RCT Performance Tuning accepts no
responsibility for any failures resulting from the tuning process.
3. Off-Road Use & Emissions Modifications
Modifications involving DPF, EGR, AdBlue removal, decat, or ‘pops & bangs’ tuning are for off-road or motorsport
use only. These modifications may not comply with road or emissions laws. Pops and bangs or hardcut tuning may
cause damage and are performed solely at the customer’s request and risk.
4. Warranty & Liability
RCT Performance Tuning provides a lifetime warranty on ECU software only. Warranty does not cover mechanical
components such as clutches, turbos, injectors, or sensors. If another tuner or garage alters the software, the
warranty is void. A £50 diagnostic fee applies for non-map-related issues.
5. Refunds & Return to Stock
Refunds are only offered if a software issue cannot be rectified. Returning a vehicle to stock incurs a £75 fee. File
modifications requested after tuning start from £175. Mechanical failures are not covered.
6. Customer Declaration
By signing, you confirm understanding of all risks and that your vehicle is in good condition. You accept full
responsibility for any mechanical or electrical issues arising before, during, or after tuning.
