I cannot recommend RC Tuning highly enough. After being let down by another tuner who was unable to properly resolve the issues with my 2019 BMW 520d, I contacted RC Tuning for help. From the very first conversation, their knowledge, professionalism and willingness to assist stood out immediately. What impressed me most was that they didn’t simply make changes and send me on my way. They took the time to discuss the vehicle in detail, explain the process, answer every question I had and keep me informed throughout every stage. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt confident that my car was in capable hands. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, yet there was never any feeling of being rushed. Every adjustment was carefully considered and tailored to the vehicle. Been getting my tuning files from him for a while now and honestly can’t fault the service. Files are always reliable, cars run exactly how they should, and power delivery is smooth with no issues after flashing. Turnaround time is quick and he’s always on hand if I need advice or small revisions. Proper knowledgeable guy who actually cares about getting things right rather than just sending generic files. Had my Lamborghini Urus tuned by RCT and couldn’t be happier. Rob really knows what he’s doing. I went with the Stage 1 engine and transmission tune, and the difference is night and day. The Urus now drives exactly how a Lamborghini should—powerful, responsive, and refined. Highly recommend RCT if you want it done right.
